BIBLES IN THE CLASSROOM?
Government shouldn't impose religious teachings

The Bible isn’t a culture-war weapon, but using government force to impose it in public schools absolutely turns it into one. The First Amendment clearly prohibits the government from endorsing or mandating religious practices.
Forcing public schools to reintroduce the Bible in classrooms doesn’t promote freedom—it undermines it by using taxpayer dollars to push one religious perspective over all others.
If parents want their children to study the Bible, there are countless private avenues—churches, religious schools, or homeschooling—where this can be done.
But public schools, funded by individuals of all faiths and beliefs, aren’t the place for government-imposed religious teachings.
Morality and good citizenship aren’t the exclusive property of Christianity or any other religion, and history has shown that mandating religion in public spaces doesn’t solve societal problems—it only creates division.
True liberty means ensuring every student’s right to believe, or not believe, without government interference. Using the Bible as a political tool betrays the very principles of freedom and respect it teaches. //
